to charge the rental amount owed to the above credit card, chargeable prior to move-in, and on the 1st of each month thereafter. I am also providing my credit card number as a guarantee. I agree to pay all charges and accept all liability for any damage beyond normal wear and tear during my lease with House For Now. If I fail to do so, I understand that these costs as well as any finance charges and/or collection expenses will be charged to my credit card. I understand further that any changes to method of payment (including a change of credit cards), addition of services, equipment, and/or features beyond that provided by our standard service will require the additional fees. Additionally, the undersigned warrants and represents the information on this sublease application to be true and correct. All persons or firms named may be freely given any information concerning applicant and hereby waive all rights of action for any consequences resulting from such information. Applicant hereby authorizes House For Now to obtain a credit and criminal background report , including information as to my criminal history, in connection with my application and that my application may be rejected based on information contained in the reports. The undersigned warrants and represents the information on this application to be true and correct. It is understood that any misinterpretation or omission is cause for lessor to reject this application and/or terminate any sublease agreement resulting from the acceptance of the application. Lessor reserves the right to furnish information, at any time, to consumer reporting agencies regarding the performance of applicant on this sublease Lessee agrees to pay finance charges on the unpaid balance of the account and any collection fees or expenses. We do not offer refunds for cancellations or changes of dates.
